We provide specialized construction for playgrounds, spray parks, and skate parks. All work is performed to meet or exceed Canadian safety standards (CSA Z614).
2. Pricing & Variations
Quotes are based on visible site conditions. Any “unforeseen circumstances” (rock, frost, or utility interference) will require a written Change Order before additional work proceeds.
3. Compliance & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. We adhere to the Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act regarding all financial transactions and disputes.
4. Liability Limits
GLV Construction is not liable for delays caused by environmental factors (e.g., extreme cold or wildfire smoke) or inaccuracies in client-provided site surveys.
